I AGREE to permit a contractor, to enter my property to perform regular maintenance no less than twice a year, on my ACEnergySaver, repair or replace parts , winterize if require. The average fee will be $30 unless otherwise agreed, payable by March of the year following the installation. Payment entitles me to 100% labor and parts at no cost, beginning 24 inches from my hose bib. In such event of damage, I will hold ACES persons harmless and contact my representative for repairs. I am responsible to turn off the water and, if necessary, electricity to the ACES until any repair has been completed. In such event my representative does not reach me within 24 hours, I will contact the distributor to locate another service contractor. In such event I do not receive satisfactory service, the installer will be responsible to compensate me for the past two years service contract payments as damage compensation. In such event a different service contractor resumes this contract, I will not be responsible to pay any fee which has already been paid. In such event any representative for, under, connected or not connected with ACES is not responsible for any damage, this service contract will also be construed as a limited insurance that only parts will be charged for necessary repair to the ACES. If I fail to pay the service contract fee, I will be obligated to pay a minimum service charge of $65 pus materials, after 12-months from the date of installation or after February of the following year. The amount of the contract fee will never increase by any more than a reasonable economic cost of living and considering the cost to travel, shipping, etc.
I have read and agree to the terms set forth in the service contract posted in www.acenergysaver.com that may change.
I have the option to refuse any changes in this contract with 30 days written notice.
